Nga pala, ang DLSU ay hindi CLARET! Hindi lahat ng pwede sa Claret, pwede rin sa La Salle (pag-isipan kung nagbabalak man kayong mag-group test, teamwork, teambuilding, push, flirt with the proctor, atbp.).

 1. How to commute to DLSU-Manila: (a) take the MRT to Taft Station (pay 15pesos from SM North Station) (b) pass through the METROPOINT MALL then ride the escalator to get to the LRT1 Edsa Station (c) take the LRT1 to Vito Cruz Station (pay 12pesos) (d) go down the stairs then cross the street (CSB is at the foot of the stairs; DLSU is across CSB, and adjacent to the only McDo branch with a green roof). Click the logo for the vicinity map to DLSU.

2. Prepare what you need the night before the exam:your all-important test permit AND SCHOOL ID (no permit, no school ID, no exam), Mongol #2 pencils, matinong ballpens (baka kelanganin sa essay), a good quality rubber eraser, sharpener (optional: ruler, medicines, jacket)

3. Bring your own snacks. You can't do your best if you're distracted by a growling stomach. The DLSU-CET has a short snack break but their canteens are closed on Sundays. Remember to bring a pack of marshmallows, candies or gum to give you the extra sugar boost you need when you're feeling sleepy (especially when your test is in the afternoon).

4. Get a good night's sleep before the exam. Sleep early so you'll feel energized for the day. Get up early enough to eat a good breakfast.

5. Eat a hearty meal. Since the exams usually run from three to five hours, you should eat before the exam starts.

6. Go to the exam venue early. This gives you extra time to relax and prep yourself for the exam. Leave enough time in case you encounter unexpected delays. Arrive at the test site with time to spare and probably gain new friends while waiting for the exam to start. The earlier you are, the higher your chances on gaining new friends (o di ba?). LATECOMERS WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO TAKE THE TEST.

7. Read and listen to all instructions carefully before you begin. Don't hesitate to ask questions if things are unclear.

8. Keep track of the time. You may want to bring a watch. Remember that each test has different parts and time limits so be sure to manage your time wisely.

9. Review your answers. Don't leave the room even if you finish early. Use the remaining time to go through your answers and make sure that you didn't skip any of the questions.

10. Implement the "Laser C." Sometimes, you will find that there are only 5 minutes left and you still have 20 questions to answer. Take a deep breath, choose your favorite letter, and shade all the circles with that letter (that's why it's called the "Laser C" or “B” or whatever you choose). This will increase your chances of getting the correct answer to those questions.

11. Relax and have faith in yourself. Just do your best and try not to worry.

12. Pray. Pagkatapos ng lahat ng paghahanda at sakripsiyo, bahala na si Lord sa ating lahat.
